*update* after a year of having this storage unit, I had a small issue that went unaddressed because I was speaking to the wrong person. I HIGHLY recommend speaking to Chris and Dan in regards to any issues you may have here. As soon as Chris was aware of my issue he was considerate, respectful, and resolved me issue almost immediately. I appreciate his help and outstanding customer service.
I would give them 5 stars, the service was amazing, the facilities were clean and very well organized. Everyone was very helpful and generous, BUT! it says so on website 24-7 gate access which is not true and therefore false advertising.
One of the best and easiest experiences to get for a storage unit. The additional security measurements and coverage make me feel secure and safe knowing my belongings are in this storage place. Wonderful. Chris was absolutely delightful and very knowledgeable. Will recommend to everyone I know!
Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Storage facility is clean and dry and we never saw a pest! Stored for over a year; my furniture and belongings are perfect!
